When you sign in with Google, Liana connects directly to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks using the official Google API. Every time you open the app she pulls your latest events and tasks live, with no waiting on a background sync. Anything you create, edit, or complete in Liana is written straight back to Google, so Google stays the source of truth and your other devices stay in sync automatically.
Nothing manual. Sign up with your Google account, approve the Calendar and Tasks permissions, and Liana instantly shows your existing calendars and task lists in a unified, color-coded view. If you have multiple Google calendars or several task lists, they all appear together out of the box. No imports, no CSVs, no configuration.
Only when you tell her to. She's read-only by default and just shows you your day. The moment you say "move my non-urgent stuff to Thursday" or tap Rest Mode, she makes the change in Google Calendar or Tasks and shows you exactly what she did so you can undo it.
Yes. The trial activates from inside the app, with no credit card up front. You get full access to every Pro feature (Morning Huddle, Sunset Review, Rest Mode, Focus Blocks, Priority Intelligence, Weekly Reset) for 14 days.
Open Settings, go to Subscription, and tap Cancel. If you cancel during the trial you're never charged. If you cancel a paid subscription you keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Liana Lite. Your data and Google sync stay intact.
Your Google Calendar and Tasks data lives in your Google account, not ours. Cancelling or deleting your Liana account just revokes Liana's access to Google. None of your events, tasks, or lists are touched.
